Review of charging stands

APPLICATION:

Charging stand NS 05.05 is stationary equipment used for charging of max. 5 pieces of personal cap lamps T 1005.01, T 1005.01A or T 1005.01A M1 manufactured by KV - Svitidla a.s. Otovice.
The cap lamp is placed into the charging stand in such way that the accumulator vessel is hanged on the hook under the charging place. Head holder is inserted from upper side into the charging place end-to-end. Fully automatic charging is carried out after the connection of the charging stand to the supply mains.

The cap lamps can be stored in the stand even for a longer period without any impact of the service life of the accumulator. State of the accumulator charge is signalled by red or green LED placed on the luminaire head. Red LED signals charging mode of the respective luminaire. Green LED indicates state of final charging of the luminaire and termination of the charging mode. The evaluation modules are independent and they are placed in the luminaire reflector head. It enables an independent and separate connection of the individual mine luminaires to the charging stand. The luminaires can be in a various stages of charging.

PLACING:

The charging stand is designed for operation in dry and ventilated environment without an explosion risk and with temperature from 0 to +30 °C fulfilling the requirements of regulation of the Czech Mining Office Board No. 22/89. The stands must be kept clean in dusty environment and the whole stands, including closed places, must be cleaned regularly. The stand can be fixed either on the shelf, or on the wall.

Charging stands NS 40.05 a NS 50.01 are stationary devices used for charging of max. 40 pieces or 50 pieces of personal cap lamps T 1005.01, T 1005.01A or T 1005.01A M1.
The cap lamp is placed into the charging stand in such way that the accumulator vessel is hanged on the hook under the charging place. Head holder is inserted from upper side into the charging place end-to-end. Fully automatic charging is carried out after the connection of the charging stand to the supply mains. The cap lamps can be stored in the stand even for a longer period without any impact of the service life of the accumulator. State of the accumulator charge is signalled by green LED placed in the luminaire head.

PLACING:

The charging stands are intended for operation in dry and ventilated environment without an explosion risk and with temperature from 0 to +30 °C fulfilling the requirements of regulation of the Czech Mining Office Board No. 22/89. The stands must be kept clean in dusty environment and the whole stands, including closed places, must be cleaned regularly. The stands can be fixed on plain floor and we recommend its fixing by means of four anchoring bolts.
